Because this is custom infrastructure, consulting, migration, warmup, and optimization work, refunds are handled based on the stage of the project.
- Before work starts: If payment has been made but no work has started, a refund may be issued minus any unavoidable payment processing or transfer fees.
- After work starts: Once planning, audit, setup, migration, server work, configuration, consulting, or troubleshooting has started, payments are non-refundable.
- Third-party costs: Server fees, IP costs, domain costs, software licenses, tools, provider fees, and other third-party expenses are non-refundable.
- No inbox guarantee refunds: I do not offer refunds based on inbox placement expectations, because inboxing depends on reputation, list quality, content, complaints, bounces, sending behavior, and mailbox provider decisions. The goal is to improve the parts we can control: authentication, pacing, shaping, warmup, complaints, bounces, and infrastructure quality. When those problems are fixed, delivery performance can improve significantly, and open rates can rise because more of your mail reaches the right place.
- Fair resolution: If there is a genuine issue caused by my work, I will work with you to review it and correct it where possible.
Payment Method

- Card payment - an additional 2.9% processing fee will be added.
