My agency has averaged $1,500+ per month, how much is it worth?

Started a side hustle agency and it brings in around $1,500 a month on average with very little work. The costs involved are just domain, hosting and live chat plugins to respond to leads for the most part.

Do agencies have the same valuation as affiliate sites? The site is 10 months old, and stable with only organic traffic. Most people say 12x - 30x valuations.

What would this site be worth?

One thing is important when it comes to this. Is the agency something that is heavily depended on you and your skillset or almost anybody can replicate it?

If it can be done I think a good thing should be a X years revenue projection to valuate it.
