Need help! All my image thumbnail serps are missing!

In July, Semrush showed that my featured image results were 183 in the US. But since then, it has been decreasing every day until now it is 0.
I used the site operator on Google Image Search and saw that my website images were indexed.
But when I used the site operator and keyword query on the web search, I didn't see any thumbnails in the results.
I read in a guide that if the display of images depends on JS loading, it may cause the loss of thumbnail results.
So I disabled JS in my browser and found that most of the images on the page could not be displayed.
Do you have any other suggestions for me? I need to find the real cause of the problem!:weep::weep:

ensure your images are in web friendly format, implement the schema markup check the Robots.txt, add descriptive Alt text to your images.
monitor server response time because late response may also impact the indexing of images.
