Hi everyone,
I recently launched a new Shopify store and had a great start with around 20-30 orders in the first few days. However, Shopify has put a hold on my payouts and requested proof of inventory, tracking numbers, company register. I've provided all the necessary information, but my payouts are still on hold.I'm worried that this might lead to my account being banned after their review. Has anyone else experienced something similar? How long does it usually take for Shopify to resolve this? Should I be concerned about my account status?
