Offline Marketing Business?

I want to start a offline marketing business like how you get billboards etc but i want something that's not too capital intensive and common.

Any ideas?

Honestly there isn’t much offline marketing that isn’t a big investment up front.

only thing I can think of is printing ad copy such as posters, flyers, etc... could get into it with a relatively cheap printer or outsourcing

Billboards? Think beyond! Unique offline marketing is creativity, not just capital. Guerrilla marketing, event sponsorships, street art, etc.
