PPI for Android downloads/installs?

Hi guys, very new to this. I have a website with about 50-80k views per month. Majority of the visitors come for modded APKs of a popular mobile game.
I've learned that there's such thing as PPI. Are there any networks that pay for Android downloads, installs or something? Because it seems this is more of a Windows thing? Any recommendations?
