Problem adding mp4 files in wordpress 6.5.5

I always test my websites on same WP versions. This time around it is 6.5.5, runs fine on my pc.

On the live site, I find, it does not "see" video files in the "Uploads" folder. As most files were above 8mb, I had to upload using cPanel.

On my local host, previously loaded files run fine, even now it accepts same video files.

There it says "Unsupported format" whereas a couple months earlier the videos ran perfect.

I even tried converting to Webm format, no change.

Anyone know what to do? Thanks

Wow! Never thought of that.

My host showed another thing. He uninstalled Yellow Pencil, and suddenly everything was alright. Though never had a problem with it. Now, whenever I need to upload mp4 files, I deactivate the plugin
