What does it mean when i do a dns leak test using this site and after doing the extended test even though I am using a dedicated proxy connected to the Czech Republic it shows the servers are in Germany?

Are you located in the Czech republic? It could be that the proxy is showing up as a different location unless it is your IP leaking through
