Complete PayX.gg Acquisition​

$20,000 USD​

The acquisition package includes the agreed PayX.gg business, domain, technology and infrastructure assets described above.

Payment Structure​

For additional security and transparency for both parties, the purchase price is divided into two $10,000 milestones.

First Milestone — $10,000​

The buyer transfers:
$10,000 USD
After successful payment:

• The PayX.gg domain transfer is initiated through Namecheap
• The buyer verifies successful domain transfer and control

Second Milestone — $10,000​

After the domain transfer has been successfully completed and verified:

• The buyer transfers the remaining $10,000 USD
• The Hetzner Cloud infrastructure transfer/handover is initiated
• The remaining agreed technology and business assets are handed over
• Technical documentation and operational handover are provided

This staged structure is designed to provide additional protection and transparency for both parties.

100% Refund Guarantee​

I provide a 100% refund guarantee if the agreed transaction cannot be completed due to an issue on my side or if a material issue prevents the agreed assets from being transferred as described.
If the transaction cannot be completed according to the agreed acquisition terms, the affected payment will be refunded 100%.
The exact transfer scope and refund conditions will be documented in writing before the transaction begins.
Buyers are encouraged to perform appropriate technical, financial, legal and regulatory due diligence before completing the purchase.
