Same question, different day. Multiple Tiktok accounts

I want to create a couple of TikTok accounts—5 to 10. So, I got 2 phones. I have a US SIM and VPN. Using them on the same network won’t work because they will still be sharing the same external IP, right?
So now what—ISP, residential proxy... imagine mobile proxies, lol! Maybe I should steal my neighbor’s Wi-Fi.
I’m trying to think outside of the box, but I’m tired (aren’t we all?)
Do I have other options?

Does anyone know something about VPS servers? Do people use them? Seems like a lot of work.

one time I had around 50 tiktok accounts on different US and UK locations - worked without any problem and targeted users around that locations.
