Starting a Membership site. Need Advice

I am starting a recurring monthly membership site where the product will be our newsletter content.

We need the following features

- Free trial that converts into paid recurring membership automatically after X days
- Easily integrate-able with paypal and aweber/sms platform. (If they subscribe and pay they stay on the lists, if they cancel they are removed)
- Affiliate support so that we can have our own internal affiliate program.

I am looking at amember but wanted to get some more input before I start development.
