Stuck at 150 Views – How Do I Start a Clean U.S. TikTok Account?

Hello everyone, I’ve used a proxy and a clean iPhone, set the timezone and region, and had the account made by a friend in the U.S. It was held for a month, then warmed up. Later I saw I couldn’t follow anyone. After searching, I figured it was because I was using an ISP proxy—even though it was clean and static. I posted my first video and got about 150 views. Days later I used a VPN (sticking to one IP) and posted more videos, but none went over 150 views. I abandoned that account, and now I’m stuck trying to make a new one. Can anyone guide me with detailed instructions to start everything fresh and clean? Please share your experience so we all can learn from it
Also please tell me what proxy type i should use and where to get them ( Tested vendors preferred because i got free trial mobile proxies and wasn't able to make an account )
