Stuck at 2-3k views per reel after 280 reels posted

I started my IG account in the end of June and it's been 5 months and still not even 1 reel hasn't gone above 10k views. Haven't got viral yet. The vids aren't reposted but remade. Even when I post my own content that I've recorded I still don't get any results.

For the past month my reach hasn't even grown 1%, it's been stagnant and I don't know what to do.

Just use some trending music in the reels.
Try to find some competitors in your niche and asked them if they're willing to do a SFS (shoutout for shoutout)
Comment on others posts as much as you can
