The best ads format for dating / casino / adult

Hello I’m about to launch some ads on Facebook to promote pages/groups.

I just want to ask you regarding of your experience what is the best to do :
-short video (less than 10 seconds)
-video 30-60 secs. I already think that the short video would perform better.
-Ugc video with someone talking ? ( or it’s too risky ?)

-a Carrousel


I know that the best is to run A/B testing of course I just want to have feedback especially if you have more chances to get suspended with videos and ugc for example. Thanks
