We spend a lot of time glued to our computer setups. Between daily work and gaming sessions, my eyes used to be locked on a monitor all day. I noticed my focus slipping and realized I needed a strict break from the screen.
What is working incredibly well for me right now is forcing myself completely offline. I make it a point to hit the field and play football every weekend.
Getting away from the desk for a physical reset makes a huge difference. Running around for a few hours wipes out the stress of the week. When Monday arrives, my head is clear and I am genuinely ready to work.
If you feel drained by constant screen time, picking up an active hobby outside the house is worth a try. What do you all do to unplug away from the keyboard?
