support no answer, seems like they don't honor refund policy.

Purchased ISP proxies via crypto (USDT BSC)
Payment confirmed and account credited

Reported issues with proxies being blocked in my use case

Requested refund multiple times
Explained that all proxies were unusable for my project

Shifter support replied briefly
Asked for clarification on the issue
I explained the proxies were blocked / returning 403 errors in my target use case
Support said they would inform the finance team
No follow-up after that

Support appears online but no replies
(At the end of the day, I received a message that refund will be process on Monday June 15)
