TikTok ads dropping bans on nutra (EU region)... any cloaker suggestion?

hey everyone,
i am doing a weight loss nutra promotion in Germany and France through Tiktok ads.i am hosting on wordpress and using a php landing page, but I'm being banned in less than 24 hours.can anyone give me a good cloaker that can cloak those tiktok bots?someone suggested TrafficSaviour but i don't know if it works.

what cloaker do you guys use?
