Traffic from social networks

Hello, I want to ask that my blog has more than 80% traffic from social networks, is it stable and good for the future?
and I want to ask how is the bounce rate calculated? Is it the time users spend viewing the article or the time users stay on the website? Thank you.

Social traffic can fluctuate a lot, so I'd suggest you diversify with organic search traffic, email newsletters, etc

As for bounce rate, it’s not about time spent. It’s when users visit one page on your site and leave without interacting further (like clicking a link or visiting another page). They can spend a lot of time on the page and still "bounce" if they don’t take action. I'd say it's more about engagement than time.
