As part of our Trustpilot Reputation Management Service, we request our clients to provide a list of customers who have previously purchased their products or received their services, along with the service dates.
After receiving the customer list, we contact those customers through appropriate online communication channels to invite them to share their genuine and honest feedback about their experience. Customers are free to provide positive, neutral, or negative feedback based on their actual experience.
