I need a Tumblr bot/tool that Randomly post on a network of around 20 Tumblr blogs(owned by me), posts from my main Tumblr blog and My Wordpress site, no post should go on 2 of the network sites, one post : one reblog. Anyone knows such a tool(eventually paid)?

Sounds like you are looking for something like tumbrl jazz. Just google Tumbling Jazz and you should be able to find it. Its cheap and works well.
