Hello so I have a large customer base around 2k which I want to send frequent reminders and notifications to. I have a bulk SMS app which will send from the physical phone using SMS plan does anyone know actual limits.

"Unlimited" surely is limited and I would assume the carrier may block after a certain amount of messages.

Try a bulk sms sending service, it won't get your sim card blocked
