Hi, I am looking for a thread where a user with the Nicola Tesla avatar gave lists of LinkedIn users who always added foreign friends. Something like LinkedIn Open Networker lists from a specific industry and location. Does anyone have a link to this or this thread?

That's called lion networks go to linkedin and search for lion network there are 3 main ones join them and spam members with connection request. They are not specific but are generic though.
