Please describe the reason for submitting a Dispute, in detail.
I contacted the accused some time ago requesting for an EDU email that is able to enroll for the various students package that use automated EDU verify procedure. The accused messaged me back stating that alamo.edu email was available, price and USDT TRC20 address, i submitted the payment and only in that moment the accused informed me that alamo.edu email was out of stock and that he was able to deliver only mymdc.net EDU emails.
At that point i stated, in the DM reply those exact words that i'm quoting "it's fine, you can deliver a mymdc edu email as far as it can enroll correctly the the various students offers for softwares, etc.
Otherwise, let's wait for the restock."
The accused replied "both are the same" and delivered a mymdc.net email.
I tried to enroll in various EDU software license with that edu email, but it's not passing the automated EDU verify procedure.
Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
Contacted the buyer, informed of this with screenshots, pointed again that i clearly stated in our DM agreement that i accepted the alternative email as far as it can enroll correctly as an EDU email, and asked to provide me a proper EDU email, since the one provided was not recognized as a legitimate edu email.
Informed the accused to provide me a proper edu email with the .edu suffix, like the one that he proposed me before the payment, and informed him that iwas going to open a dispute after 24 hours.
The accused replied to me that he simply provided an edu email and that's it, his job is finished, even if the domain suffix is not the one proposed in the beginning and i shared with him proof that this mymdc.net is useless because it cannot pass the automated EDU verify procedure.
What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
The accused must provide a valide edu email with the .edu suffix, like the one that he proposed to me before receiving the payment
