What are steps on making a new instagram account on new device

I have a new S24 ultra and I have a new sim card activated using US Mobile using the Verizon network, and I just want to make only one instagram account on my phone. I am only doing it for dropshipping I don't have instagram installed on my S24.
I made a new email today and I want to know what are the steps of creating a new account I will be making the account using the email address which is a gmail, I will be using my wifi to sign up.

Do I need to remove the sim card first and install instagram from the playstore or download the apk from apkmirror and sign up?
Or do I keep the sim card in the phone and install instagram from the playstore or download the apk from apkmirror and sign up?

If you're creating just 1 account, You can do it the right way, that means: download the app, disable wi-fi enable mobile data, register a new account with the phone number from the SIM, after you regitered, you can add the email, confirm the email and remove the phone number.

Don't need to go fancy with the method for one account
