What is the best GPL WordPress Themes & plugins website under your experience?

There are many websites offering themes and plugins for very low prices.
But most of them contain nulled versions that can infect your website with virus, troyans, etc.
Have you been using some provider that offer this stuff for years without problems?

Under my experience, I would recommend the Wordpress.org website as the best place to find GPL WordPress themes and plugins. It contains a wide selection of both free and paid themes and plugins that are all licensed under the GPL

I am using GPL Chimp and Ultraplugins from a along time because of cheaper price, as festinger is very expensive.
