I used Fiverr for the advertorials I've done in the past.

I write the script and find a whiteboard animator in Fiverr.

I also look for a voiceover artist.

The whiteboard animator then takes the voiceover content and animates around it.

It's pretty straightforward.

The last time I did this, it cost less than 150 dollars.
