Where Should I Invest for the Long Term?

Hey MMO,

I’ve been noticing a lot of people here talking about their investments recently, and it got me thinking — where exactly should I start investing myself?

I’m planning to begin small, around $100 per month, and then gradually increase it as I go along. This would be more of a 5–10 year plan, so I’m not looking for quick flips but something that can grow steadily over time.

Right now, I’m torn between different options:

• Gold / Silver – feels safer, but the market is already high.
• Crypto – high risk, high reward.
• Mutual Funds / Index Funds – more stable but slower growth.

What do you guys think? For someone starting small and playing the long game, which route would you recommend?
