Hello, I am looking for chinese manufacturers who can provide me with prototypes of clothing, SmartHack items,... to be able to present them to potential investors and then possibly mass produce them.

Chinese manufacturers are not likely to give you prototypes (it's you who should give them prototypes). You can try asking them for their "New Arrivals" and find incredible unsaturated designs. Other than that, try Fiverr / Upwork for "Designers"
