Why does YT push some of my videos while others get 0 views? Just luck?

I just don't get it. I do short videos and meanwhile some of my video get good views some of them literally get 0 views. Why is that? I try to follow YT's guidelines.

I make a video an it seems perfect but for some reason YouTube algorithm doesn't push it. It stuck at 0 view. Is this just luck?

I try to upload it into my other channel and it still gets 0 view there too. It's obvious that algorithm detects something in the video and doesn't push it. I just don't get it.

Btw I add edit and commentary into my video so I transform them from the original video.

I'm starting to believe more and more that luck plays a HUGE part. I'm having the same issue across all my channels. Aport from a handful of views from subs, it's like YouTube has decided I no longer exist.

Youtube tested some of your videos, but the result wasnt good.
So they decide not to recommend your other videos anymore.
Thats what i guess
