Ad account disabled after 11 months clean, appeal rejected in 4 minutes

Client ad account got disabled last week. No warning, never had single ad rejected, spending normal since 11 months. BM is fine, only ad account is dead.

Requested review, got rejection in 4 minutes, so obviously nobody looked at anything.

For ppl who actually recovered account and not just opened new one, what worked? Live chat trough another BM you own, or just appealing few times until you hit real person? And is business verification safe to try or it can make things worse?

Client is furniture store btw, nothing grey at all, thats what annoying me most.
