Cross-platform mobile apps reskin in 2024, Is it worth it? - *Discussion*

Hi Everyone, I'm Essam from Iraq, Actually, I just recently got interested in cross-platform mobile apps made with react native or Flutter, I got pretty good deals from developers on Code Canyon who are selling good apps for lower prices.
Now I want to reskin them (Changing some functionalities, colors, and screens because I'm a developer also).
My question is: Is Reskin worth it in 2024? (BTW I just have an IOS developer account)
I got also banned from my Google Play developer account that I got from a dealer on Fiverr, it just got deleted suddenly, so I'll buy another one and try again.

i used to it in playstore before i got suspended and i made some money , i think its worth it if you are willing to put the grind
