Let’s say you have one smartphone, and a FB account that was banned while being used on that phone.
After doing a factory reset, would it be safe to start over with a brand-new SIM card and register a second Facebook account on that exact same device?
Specifically, does Facebook use device/hardware fingerprinting to determine that the new account is being accessed from the same physical smartphone that was previously associated with the banned account, even after a factory reset?
From my understanding, they should be able to access some details, but I am not sure to what extend.
