It's doable if you have a small team of good programmers and a lot of advertising budget. The secret here it's just spending a lot of money on ads and testing out a couple of apps, find the winner, scale. If you only gonna rely on organic traffic, there is no chance to make big money in the space, that's why the app space has a high entry barrier, because you need a lot of cash flow to get things moving.
