I have a list of 38k phone/whatsapp numbers of a certain vertical that I want to contact. How can I do it without paying Whatsapp per message?

Like the title says, I recently purchased a list of phone numbers of target customers. I want to do some outreach to them, but since it's international I figured I will have to use Whatsapp. But whatsapp for business charges ridiculous amounts of money per message making it impractical to hit the list via their platform.

What solutions are there that I don't know about? Thanks in advance

Depending on the way you gathered the phone numbers and if it's with or without consent there might also be SMS marketers that are willing to buy the numbers from you or make a revshare deal.
